Press the “Continue As Guest” button in the Returns Access box. In the top left corner, your User ID is your Independent account number. Next, press the green arrow to the right which will populate your company name. Then, enter your Independent account number again into the Custom Account Number box. You will have the option to enter your job numbers (not required) into the large box at the bottom. Click “Process Shipment” to generate your shipping label.
